Games and votes

The server stores tournament progress, selections, completion times, and a hashed game access token. Game access expires after seven days. Your browser keeps game identifiers and tokens so you can resume; these are not public profile information. Voting records may be retained for aggregate rankings.

Administrator sessions

Administrator authentication uses an HttpOnly session cookie that expires after twelve hours. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Public account registration is not enabled.

Images, videos, and reports

Uploaded images are stored on the server. Externally linked images contact their providers when viewed. Video contenders use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player; interacting with it is subject to YouTube’s policies. Content reports and their text are stored for administrator review. Do not put sensitive personal information in reports.

Advertising and analytics

Advertisement areas currently reserve space; no ad or analytics script is installed. We will update this policy and implement applicable consent controls before enabling those services.

Technical data

The server uses IP addresses temporarily for rate limits. The host may retain standard request logs. Browser resume information can be cleared using your browser’s site data controls. Contact the operator about server-held data using the report form.
